Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the Products Tab and select Design VDA Menu.
3. Select the Result and Documentation menu
4. Select a Production Item.
5. Click on Design VDA tab and select Results & Documentation
7. Expand Scope Risk
8. Change the format in dropdown column
9. Expand scope risk
10. Observe the result
