Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Click on the Failure Analysis
6. Select the Production Item
7. Right click on Preventive/Detective
8. Click on Edit
9. Change the Det
10. Click ok button
11. Observe the Result

Description

Design & Process VDA - When I change the format using the format drop-down column, then I go to Edit Risk/Optimization and change the Occurrence/Detection/Severity value, and that change is also reflected in the format drop-down column (Refer Screenshot 1)
