Add Existing element - Add elements, maximize the popup and close, and again open the popup it will be maximized, not in the proper alignment, and not able to add the element.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. log in to the RFD module
2. Select the VOC
3. Select the Add Existing element
4. Maximize the popup and close it.
5. Again open the popup.
Description
Add Existing element - Add elements, maximize the popup and close, and again open the popup it will be maximized, not in the proper alignment, and not able to add the element.
