Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD module.
2. Select the Actions.
3. Click on the document view icon.
4. Select the Requirements reviewed.
5. Click on the submit review button.

Pending Requirements
Document view
1. Any one of the VOC is bold in the navigation, not the selected one.
2. When the document view is closed and opened for the second time the Navigations is not working.
3. Close button is not working.
Requirements Reviewed
Submit review.
1. Added comments and edited it and clicked on done.
2. Again, click on the submit review button, the edited comments will be removed.
3. When clicking on the done in submit review popup, it automatically jumps to the Pending requirement review tab.
