Steps To Reproduce:
1)Log in to the module as admin/auditor/auditee
2)click on corrective actions status
3)click on "Show filter"
4)observe the alignment as in screen shot S2
5)When clicked on start date and end date displays JS Error as mentioned in Screen shot S3
6)when clicked on audit type/audit Program/audit cycle the filters goes to the bottom of the page.
