Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to RFD
2. Select the Item definition.
3. click the P-Diagram
4. Select the Focus element

RFD
Build Cycle:
Cycle 1
Customer:
Issue Dependency:

Description

P-Diagram - The Focus and Context element dropdown is not showing while trying the change the element (RFD)

When clicking on the Focus element it automatically changes to a global and block diagram also loading for Global (FST)
