When I changed the context element, the previous focus element block diagram is not displayed (Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AIAG-VDA Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Design VDA.
5. Click on Architectural/Block Diagram
6. Select Production Item
6. Click on Context Element
7. Select other context element (from the dropdown list)
8. Observe the result (Block Diagram)

Description

1. When I changed the context element, the previous focus element block diagram is not displayed

2. Adding shape to an element interface line, deleting it, and then refreshing the linked interface line displayed

3. When adding shape to an element interface line, the user is unable to pick any other elements after selecting the interface line. Once user click the refresh symbol, user can take other action.
