Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login into EWQIMS Application
2)Select APQP/PPAP Module
3)Go To Program menu under Projects tab
4)Click on NEW create a program
5)Set approval
6)Go To Projects menu under projects tab
7)Select the program related project
8)Publish for second revision
9)Observe the result
