Steps To Reproduce:
"1)Log in to the module as auditee
2)pick the nc
3)specify cause and don’t specify Sub cause
4)fill all the details and save and submit it to auditor.
5)login as auditor
6)pick the respective nc and observe the Cause and Sub cause fields."

Description
In auditee response page if cause is selected and sub cause is not selected and submitted to auditor.in auditor closeout page the respective nc sub cause field is displaying blank instead it should display "No data found"
