Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login inti the EwQIMS application
2.Click on Doc pro settings
3. Enable 'Is All New Document Fields are Mandatory
4. Click on Save
5. Go to New doc Request
6. Select Level
7. Mandatory symbol * should be set for all the field names. Shows alert if user upload without entering the data. But indication missing.
