Known Issue

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Actions→Initiate Problem Solving
4.Click on concern title
5.Click on approach link under View forms
6.Click on Possible Cause
7.Possible Cause form will be open in new window
8.Enter the data in data entry cell of All fields
9.Right click on the each of all the data entry cell  
10.Click on Delete
11.Double click on the data entry and Add some data
12.Observe the Result
