Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to ewqims
2. Select Business rule under setup for multisite
3.. Select frequency
4. Do a frequency setup
5.save the frequency and observe the behavior

Description
1. The reminder saved in the business rule is not getting saved(Multisite)
2. In corporate site the reminder dropdown is not listing while opening business rule directly without going to apqp page
3. Reminder details deleted is not getting removed from the dropdown
