In Design VDA Step 3's functional analysis, the structure view is not in properly maximized.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Design VDA and select Functional Analysis
5. Select Production Item and the process segment pop-up window appears.
6. Select a segment and click on the Done button
7. switch to structure view in LHS
8. click on Resize icon in LHS
9. Switch to the tree view
10. Again switch to the Structure view

Description

The structure view is not properly maximized in the functional analysis in Design VDA step 3. User can only see a partial screen window of the structure analysis diagram.
