3. Right-click on element at the BOM tree

Description

When clicking on the Remove exciting element the popup appears, and the header needs to change from (Add existing item - element to element) to (Remove exciting Item - element).

1. Add exciting element popup header needs to change from (Add exciting Item - Element to element) to (Add Exciting Item - Element)
2. Remove exciting elements is blank though it has some child elements to remove.
