Block Diagram - Adding a same set of elements as internal and external shows following issues(Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA module

2. Select Design VDA and open Structure Analysis menu

3.Add set of BOM element as internal elements and External elements

4.Select Block Diagram and click on Add/Remove elements

5.Add all the elements and click ok button and observe the screen.

Description

Colour for the external elements are also in Blue outline.

For each refresh system removes the child elements one by one.

Even when the View toolbox button is switched OFF, it is showing the Toolbox
