1.Login as admin
2.Expand activities tab
3.Click on "meetings" link
4.Click on new meetings
5.Select date
6.Click on Add KPI and Add Dashboard button
7.Check the Close button tooltip

Description

Meetings->Add KPI & Add Dashboard -> The Close button tooltip is displaying continuously when opening the Add KPI and Add Dashboard window for a meeting (This issue happened in EwQIMS - Default theme, Pink and Green Theme)

Orange Theme > Meetings>Add KPI & Add Dashboard & Freeze Report -> The Close button tooltip is displaying continuously and the page is not responding when opening the Add KPI and Add Dashboard and Snapshot window for the first time
