1. Log in RFD module
2. Click on the flow down
3. Select the Action(s)

Action(s)
Pending Requirement Review
1. While clicking on the document view for the first time only it's opening.
2. Need a Tooltip for the document view icon.
3. Not able to click on the arrow to expand the VOC for review after jumping from the Requirement(s) Reviewed to Pending requirement review.

Requirement(s) Reviewed.
1. Test status needs to change as status.
2. while clicking on the Review Summary it shows as under review for the reviewed VOC.
The issue occurs in both RFD and FST.
