Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the FST Module.
2. Click on the Item definition.
3. Select the Block diagram.
4. Remove the child element and add again.

Description

Block Diagram - Not able to remove the child element and when adding the child element again it's duplicating. The issue occurs in both FST and RFD.
