1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→Rejected Concerns
4.Observe the result

Description

If user clicks on Rejected concern, Page not loaded correctly. it is not showing the details of Rejected concerns, "OOPS, Sorry something went wrong" is displayed
