Steps To Reproduce:

1.Add meeting action for 2 users
2.Login as first user and complete meeting action
3.Login as second user, he can't able to see action in his action list

This is not a bug, need some enhancement with mail sending functionality like, if more than one person is assigned to do meeting action, when any one of them completed the task, other members as well as Meeting owner (who created meeting, normally project owner) need to get notified about the action completion.
