Steps To Reproduce:

1)Log in to the module as auditor
2)Click on perform audit
3)click on upload audit records
4)after uploading
5)in Audit status screen remove the start date and end date from the fields
6)click on save
7)observe the perform audit screen "Submit to auditee" or Publish for approval buttons are not enabling.

In Auditor Perform Audit screen After uploading audit records in Audit Status Screen no validation Message when start date and end date is removed from the fields and saved.
it is saving but submit to auditee or publish for approval buttons are not enabling when dates are removed.
