Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the VDA module
2. Select Design VDA and open Structure Analysis menu
3.Click on the + icon next to the element and click Save
4.Click on the part family dropdown and select the PI
5.Click create button and observe the PI tree
6.Edit the existing BOM element and observe the PI tree
7.Right click on the existing PI and select Add/Remove existing PI and observe the header

Description
1.Added PI is duplicated when adding from + icon.
2.Header for Add/Remove existing elements contains element to element
3.After editing the element, it needs a refresh to change in PI tree
