Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Select the level
3.Select the documents and click on change request
4.check the delete document option
5.Document is not going for deletion
6.Click on actions
7.Click on documents due for review
8.Select request for revision option
9.Click continue
10.Error occurs which is sporadic,cant able to replicate
