Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Select Inspection setup
3.Go to Inspection parameter
4.Create operation and add characteristics under global production item
5.delete created characteristics and operation
6.Go to receiving/Final/Inprocess Inspection.
7.Select operation

Description

When Operation is created under global in inspection parameter and even after deleting that particular operation still displays in inspection sheet lot creation popup
