Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Go to inspecting setup
3.Go to Inspection parameter
4.Add operation and characteristics for Production Item
5.Publish using approver created
6.Login as approver user and approve
7.Go to Receiving/Final Inspection and create a lot
8.Select operation in opo-up

Module auto approval is working but when giving an separate user as approver then even after approving operations are not reflecting in inspection sheet
