In Supplier Evaluation Report (Under Supplier Declaration & Statutory checklist), cannot able to distinguish whether a file is attached or not for a particular field.

In Supplier Evaluation Report (Under Supplier Declaration & Statutory checklist),for multiple fields 'Attach File' options are available. But we cannot able to distinguish whether any file are attached for that particular field.
Refer the following screen shot. For some of it files are attached and for few not. But in both cases the button look alikes.
