Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA module administrator
2. Click on Gage and create a Gage attach the attachment
3. Conduct the calibration study for that gage
4. Complete the study and click on Certificate option
5. Generate the certificate and click on the doc no link
6. Observe the message
