Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on documents
4.Select the level which has approval process
5.Change request the document
6.Terminate the document
7.Click on document management
8.Select the level and select the change history option
9.Select the document and archive
10.Check the documents in document management, TOC and check the revision history summary
