Steps To Reproduce:
1.login to CM Module
2.initiate change request
3.perform actions
4.under escalation settings open batch manager
Description
emails are not generated in batch manager
- Status changed from New to Open
- Status changed from Open to Fixed in Dev
- Status changed from Fixed in Dev to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Yet to Verify
- Status changed from Yet to Verify to Not Fixed with Hotfix
Emails are not generated in Batch manager for MG
- Status changed from Not Fixed with Hotfix to Fixed in Dev
- Status changed from Fixed in Dev to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Yet to Verify
- Project changed from SP 11.2.0 to SP 11.2.0.1
- Build Cycle changed from Cycle 2 to Cycle 0
- Status changed from Yet to Verify to Closed
