Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.50/EwQIMS1
2.Go to problem solver module
3.Click on actions→New concern
4.Select req fields and select reported date , clcik on submit
5.Now click on Intial evaluation Completed
6.click on reported date field and change the previous existing date
7.click on save
8.click on same concern title
8.Observe result
