Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Doc pro module administrator
2. Click on Doc pro settings and set view only on
3. Create a Level or select the existing level(set template for the level)
4. Click on PDF Preference
5. Uncheck the include template and restricted view off
6. Click on New document request and publish the document
7. Right-click on the document and select the Print pdf and view the doc with the template
8. Do the same activity again, it will not show along with the template

When a user tries to open the document for the second and third time, the template is not showing

Scenario: For Level - Includetemplates in preference should be set off, restricted view off, and add a template in new doc request with doc pro settings for view right only on
