Steps To Reproduce:
1)Log in to the module as auditor
2)Raise an NC submit it to auditee using 8D Approach
3)log in as auditee 8D approach
4)select the respective audit which is with
5)click on the hyper link
6)fill some fields click on save and Submit it to auditor
7)observe the screen displays alert to fill the mandatory fields but at the same time need the field to be highlighted with indication.
