closedAlignment Chart-> Risk and Opportunity Form-> Problem on Risk calculation

1.Login as admin
2.Expand Interested Party Expectations menu
3.Click on "Alignment Chart" link
4.Select Expectation category and assign Result KPI, Process and Process KPI
5.Right click on mapped process and select "Risk and Opportunity Form" from list
6.Click on "View risk form" icon from mapped process
7.In risk form right click on first row and click on add button
8.Enter the data in all fields
9.Check the Risk Field
Description
Alignment Chart-> Risk and Opportunity Form-> The Risk field (Risk=SEV*OCC) is not displaying the value after entering the "Severity" and "Occurrence" value in respective field. The field displaying as "#Value".
24-08-2017: The same field displaying as =I3*M3 , If the user click on this field error message displayed as "Error: Expression must evaluate to a node-set."
07-09-2017: "Severity" and "Occurrence" value should be displayed from 1 to 10.But its displayed as 0,20,40,60,80,100
07-09-2017: If the user enter the data from Target date, assigned data is not displayed on respective field. Its displayed on previous field
