SKODA-->Online document--> When editing the transition diagram and clicking on the done button multiple times. That many times the diagram is getting overlapped

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Doc pro module administrator
2. Click on Online document and select the transition diagram
3. Click on edit and click done button more than two times and observe the behavior

Description

Online document--> When editing the transition diagram and clicking on the done button multiple times. That many times the diagram is getting overlapped

SKODA-->Online document--> If a user tries to edit the transition diagram and clicks on the done button, it duplicates in the document template
