Steps To Reproduce:

Group rights not getting inherited to users

1)Log in as mod admin(corporate main site)
2)Click on Doc pro setup
3)Click on Folder management
4)Right Click on Level and Click on Rights for group (Req right)--(select site B)
5)Right click on Level and Click on Rights for Users --(select site B)

Main level rights not inherited to Sub Level in Revision option

1)Log in as mod admin
2)Click on Doc pro setup
3)Click on Folder management
4)Click on 'inherit from parent' in revision option --(it should be sub level)

1)Group rights not getting inherited to users -- Working fine
2)Main level rights not inherited to Sub Level in Revision option --Inherited working fine but while doing 'new doc req',Revision option showing incorrectly.
