Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Aqua Pro module administrator

2. Select Main 2 and select Design VDA

3. Select Failure Analysis and do a flowdown operation

4.Add Design Cause and Observe the duplication

5.Add Characteristics and Right click on the characteristics and Cause and observe the menu
