Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as FST module administrator.
2.Click on Main and select any PI
3.Select FTA and Select Failure
4.Right click on diagram and select Add Probability option
5.Add all data and click OK button
6.Now select FMEDA and observe the Safety mechanism column and Coverage column
7.Observe the calculations

Description
Calculations are also not updated properly.
After refreshing, the multi-point value is changed to 0 in FTA
While adding multiple Design Cause it is adding only the last added Cause
