SKODA: Level Creation - Cant able to create level under parent level.(It shows the wrong parent level name not the selected parent information)

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login into EwQIMS
2. Create a level under a 2nd parent level
3. The parent level shows the main parent level
Description
SKODA: Level Creation - Cant able to create a level under the parent level.
Files
- Status changed from Open to Future Release
- Project changed from SP 11.2.0.1 to SP 11.2.0.2 HF
- Subject changed from SKODA: Level Creation - Cant able to create level under parent level. to SKODA: Level Creation - Cant able to create level under parent level.(It shows the wrong parent level name not the selected parent information)
- Status changed from New to Open
- Project changed from All Customer Issues to SP 11.2.0
- Build Cycle changed from Cycle 1 to Cycle 0
- Project changed from SP 11.2.0 to SP 11.2.0.1
Verified in latest version. It is working fine closing this issue
