Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.50/EwQIMS1
2.Go to problem solver module
3.Click on actions→New concern
4.Select req fields , clcik on submit
5.Now click on concern intial evaluation
6.click on view super champions top right corner
7.Observe result

Description

After creating a new concern and submitted , in concern intial evaluation when trying to view super champion displays as no data found even when champion is assigned in problem solver setup and business rule is set as parent level champion

Note : Issue occurs only when a concern is created for the first time
