Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP.
2. Open a project and click on a task with document revisions attached.
3. Provide full access to the resource for the document.
4. Open Revision history summary page from Deliverable Info page
Issue => Delete option is displayed for the revision.
The user is able to delete any old revisions here.
