Steps To Reproduce:

Remove the overlap design:
1)Log in as Mod admin
2)Click on Set up
3)Click on Docpro Setup
4)Click on Folder Mgmt
5)Right Click on level
6)Right for Site/groups/user

Tick mark:
1)Log in as Mod admin
2)Click on Documents
3)Click on New doc request
4)Enter all field except attach doc
5)Click on Add
