1.Login as a AQuaPro user

2.Navigate to AQuaPro --> main2

3.Select any PI

4.Open the document (DFMEA or PFMEA)

5.Observe the Result

Only one branch deleted when i am selecting the multi branch delete option in preventive/detective and Effect columns.
