Audit Forms (except VDA) are not Listing on "Fill checklist" page of "Upload Audit Records"

Steps To Reproduce:
1)login as auditor
2)go to upload Audit Records
3)click on the Form path link
4)observe the Left side Audit Forms section
Issue Dependency:
SP 10.6.1.12

Audit Forms are not Listing on Fill checklist page of "Upload Audit Records"
