Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to Ewqims
2.GO to Doc pro
3.Click on documents
4.Select the level
5.right click the documents
6.Click on change request
7.Enter the data in reason for change and changes reqd field
8.Attach the document
9.Click on continue
10.Check the pending request details, check the approver actions page,Check the revision history summary once the document is published
