Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator.
2.Click on the PI.
3.select the VOC page.
4.right click on requirement column.
5.select the option create column.
6.select the option create the column and type the name.
7.select the save option.
8.when you save the name format older function and requirement are not showing.
