Actions page - change request action - When click the link and view the attached document, it opened in other tab and after add the attachments the tab is not gets closed and save alert is not came

Description
1. Actions page - change request action - When click the link and view the attached document, it opened in other tab and after add the attachments the tab is not gets closed and save alert is not came
2. The save alert and popup not closed automatically(normally also)
