closedP-Diagram - Data added in Responses, Error states and Control Factors are duplicating in master tables.(Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Design VDA menu
3.Select P-Diagram and add a row in Responses, Error states and Control Factors
4.Now select the select all checkbox and add Insert a new row
5.Insert a new row and added data and then select and de select that row
6.Again select the same row
7.Goto aqua pro and select the respective master tables
8.Observe the duplication

Description
• Issue occurs while selecting and de selecting the check boxes.
• Also after adding data in Error states and Control Factor, it does not add the last added data in the master table even if it is selected. After refresh it shows as deselected.
