1. Login as Existing platform user
2. Click on Escalation settings and then click on Assign Route
3. Observe the site dropdown field

Description

Issue 1: Cascade db --> Assign Route --> Site details are not showing in the Assign Route dropdown field

Issue 2: Cascade db--> The site details is not shown when a user tries to create a new route, but it is saving the data.

This is the blockage for escalation settings
