Design Effect - After adding a new effect, unable to add severity rating. After refresh it is able to add.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Design VDA menu

3.Select Failure analysis and right click on failure in the Diagrammatic view

4.Select Add Design Effect and observe the header

5.Now right click on any row and insert a new row.

6.Add effect and select Severity dropdown

7.Observe the behavior

• After adding a new effect, unable to add severity rating. After refresh it is able to add.

• Header for Effect popup shows some icons.
