1) Login as auditee
2) Attach evidence in car form
3) Submit to auditor
4) login as auditor
5) Click on CA closeout
6) Try to view the attachment

Not resolved - when ever user clicks on attachment available in actions CAR form is getting open instead of attachment in new tab
